Production volume in Argentina in 2003 - 553 passenger cars.

Citroëns were already manufactured in Argentina in the years 1959-79. In 1999 Peugeot-Citroën Argentina resumed the production, launching the Berlingo model with the following engine options: 1.4-liter 75 hp, 1.6-liter 110 hp, 1.8-liter 90 hp, diesel 1.9-liter 71 hp and HDI 2.0-liter 90 hp. The model is available as a minivan or van. (The production volume of both versions in 2003 totaled 1,240 units). In 2005 the Argentinian C4 will be introduced.
