Production volume in 2003 - 50 vehicles The electric Kewet vehicles were at first produced in Denmark (1991-95), and later in Germany (1996-98). Since 2000 they have been manufactured in Norway by Kollega Bil AS, which changed its name to Elbil Norge AS in 2003. In January 2005 the Kewet El-Jet 5 was replaced by a 3-seat Buddy. The vehicle is equipped with an electric motor of 16.3 hp and develops a speed of 80-90 km/h. The maximum range is 50 to 150 km and depends on the batteries used. The firm plans to produce 100 vehicles per year. Price: from NOK 116,500.
