Mazda launched the production of the Ford Laser and Telstar in 1982. The last generation
of the Laser Lidea sedan and the Laser Lidea Wagon was released in the years 1998-2003. In the years 1996-2001 the Freda
minivan
was in production, between 1996 and 2002 - the Festiva Mini Wagon and between 1999 and 2001 - the Ixion minivan.
In 2000
Ford’s Japanese facilities rolled out the Ford Escape,
face-lifted in 2003. The model is equipped with a 2.3-liter 153 hp or a 3.0-liter 203 hp engine and
exported to left-driving countries.
