PROTON WIRA SEDAN

Models assembled in Iran: Wira (sedan, hatchback).

Assembly volume in Iran in 2003 - 810 vehicles. The company initiated the assembly of the 5-door Proton Wira with a 1.5-liter 87 hp engine in July 2002. The Iranian Gen-2 will join the program in 2006. The company plans to release 12,000 vehicles, using 40% of locally manufactured parts, in 2006.
