Kish Khodro company (51% of shares - private capital, 40% - state bank, 9% - the British BMS company) was established in 1998. The original, 2-door Sinad I 4x2 station wagon with a plastic body and a Renault 1.6-liter 92 hp engine (top speed of 187 km/h) was presented in 2000.
