In the years 1974-82 the company operated under the name of Sunrise Auto, in the years 1982-99 as Sipani, from 1999 to 2001 as Maestro Motors and presently as Arjun Motors. In the years 1976-95 the company built small vehicles, which included the following: Badal, Dolphin (based on the Reliant Kiten), Montana and D-1. From 1994 to 2000, they manufactured Montego and Montego Countryman Austins with diesel engines. At the beginning of this century, Arjun unveiled the small Arjun 500 with

a 510-ccm 11 hp powerplant. The passenger version can seat 6, 7 or 8 people and the pick-up

version can carry a cargo of 600 kilograms.
