In 1919 the car body manufacturer Boneschi was founded, which after World War II started to offer cars, especially cross-country, sports, estate and convertibles under its own brand, mostly based on Fiats. Now, Boneschi constructs ambulances and armored vehicles and, every few years, presents a new prototype. Since the beginning of the XXI century, the company has belonged to the Savio concern.
