BELLIER DIVANE
BELLIER VX 650S

Production volume in 2003 - approx. 800 vehicles.
Jean Bellier, producer of car batteries,
demonstrated his first electric vehicle in 1968. The electric Buggy F85,
unveiled in 1972, went into series production one year later, to be replaced in 1976 by the small city
car Veloto. In the years 1994-2002, the company offered the VX 550 model. Launched in 1996 and updated in 1998, the 3-door, 4-
seat
VX 650S is currently fitted with a Yanmar 523-ccm 13.1 hp diesel unit (75 km/h). In 2000 Paris saw the debut
of the new 2-seat Divane model (Lombardini 505-ccm 5.4 hp or Yanmar 523-ccm 5.4 hp diesels),
manufactured since 2001.
