BMW cars were manufactured in Egypt by Nissan
Egypt in the years 1997-99 and by ACVA in the years 1999-2002. In May 2004 Bavarian Auto Trading Company launched the
production of BMW sedans, offering them in the present 3 and 5 series. At the end of 2005, the product range
will be extended with the BMW X3 and the Zhonghua M1, and at the beginning of 2006 the Zhonghua M2 will
be introduced.
