COMARTH XTAMY

Production volume in 2003 - 12 vehicles. Established in 1999, by 2000 the company had built four prototypes of the avant-guard S1-P mo­del. Since 2000 their product range has included the modernized Comarth S1 X-Oly roadster (until 2002 marketed as the S1 50), available with Ford engines: 1.4-liter 90 hp (0-100 km/h in 8.4 s.), 1.6-liter 105 hp (0-100 km/h in 7.5 s.) and 1.7-liter 125 hp (0-100 km/h in 6.5 s.). In 2001 the com­pany introduced a version with a removable roof. The new Xtamy roadster, which premiered at the 2002 Paris Motor Show, went into production in 2003. It is available with a 2.0-liter 145 hp unit (220 km/h, 0-100 km/h in 6.5 s.) or a 2.0-liter 195 hp engine (240 km/h, 0-100 in 5.5 s.). The company intends to reach an annual production volume of 50 units. Prices: S1 X-Oly from EUR 19,000; Xtamy from EUR 30,000.
