Production volume in 2003 - 30 vehicles.
After its establishment in 1936, the company decided
in the 30s to modify various cars into convertibles, taxis, etc. Since 1967 Binz produces
stretched limousines and estate bodies on the basis of Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
In 2004
production
of a stretched Langlimousine XL (extended by 105 cm), based on the new
Mercedes-Benz E (W 211) in 6- and 4-door VIS-A-VIS versions, was launched.
