Program: 1301, 1301 pick-up. Models assembled in Ukraine: Lada 2104, Lada 2106, Lada 2107, Lada 21213 Niva, Hyundai Accent, Hyundai Elantra.

Production volume in 2003 - 41 passenger vehicles and 2 pick-ups. Assembly volume in 2003 - 11,090 Lada vehicles and 259 UAZ cross-country vehicles. A prototype of a cross-country Celina vehicle, based on the Zaporozec model, was first shown in 1961. The car was produced in three different, subsequent versions: ZAZ 969 W Wolin (1966-71), ZAZ 969 Wolin (1971-75) and LuAZ 969A (1975-79). The LuAZ 969M presented in 1979 had an identical body to the LuAZ 1302 of 1990-2003. A brand new station wagon called 1301 was unveiled at the 2002 Kiev Motor Show. The vehicle comes with 1.1-liter 51 hp (125 km/h) or 1.3-liter 69 hp (134 km/h) engines and may eventually be produced from 2006. Its pick-up version was presented at the Kiev Motor Show in 2003. In 2000 LuAZ initiated the assembly of Lada vehicles, 15% of which are made using locally manufactured components, and in 2005 -of Hyundai models.
