THAI RUNG ADVENTURE MASTER
Program: Adventure Master.
Production volume in 2003 - 3,513 passenger vehicles.
Formed in 1967, the company launched SUVs based
on Thai pick-ups in the following years. In 1989 the DAF truck assembly was
launched. Between 2000 and 2002 the original Passport minibus was manufactured. In the years 2001-2004 the company offered
the Xciter SUV, based on the Nissan Frontier pick-up. In 2003 the old Adventure
SUV was replaced with the completely new 6 / 7 /8-seat Adventure Master SUV,
restyled at the end of 2004. The vehicle houses a TD 3.0-liter 146 hp power plant and
is based on the Isuzu D-Max pick-up. In 2003 the company terminated the
production of the Freelife Double Cab pick-up, based on the Nissan Frontier.
