Models produced in Thailand: Optra, Colo­rado pick-up (Crew Cab, Extended Cab, sin­gle Cab); models produced in Australia: Lu-mina.

Production volume in Thailand in 2003 - 23,346 vehicles.

From May 2000 to 2005, GM rolled out of the Ray­ong facility the Zafira minivans. In June 2003 the production of the Optra sedan was started. The model is based on the Daewoo Lacetti and comes with a 1.6-liter 107 hp or a 1.8-liter 122 hp engi­ne. March 2004 marks the debut of the Chevrolet Colorado pick-up (TD 2.5-liter 79 hp or TD 3.0-liter 120 hp), based on the Isuzu D-Max. Apart from these, the Holden Commodore is available in Thailand, marketed as the Chevrolet Lumina (3.8-liter 207 hp V6). From March 2002 till the begin­ning of 2004, GM Thailand assembled the Alfa Romeo 156. Since 2003 the company has manufac­tured the Isuzu D-Max pick-up.
