Established in 1991, the firm constructed its first prototype - the Amadeo Cabrio - in 1993. Since

1994, the Amadeo 500 limousine has been offered, based on the 50-cm longer Lada Samara 21099

with a 1.6-liter 88-100 hp power plant.
