Founded in 1992, the company took over the production of the Lada 1106 GTI 2.0 16V sedan with a 2.0-liter 150 hp power plant from Opel (maximum speed - 205 km/h, 0-100 km/h in 9.5 sec). The first twelve Lada 1106 were con­structed in 1996 at AVTOVAZ. In December 2003 the extended Lada 1108 Premier 2.0 16V came out with the same engine. Presented in 1996, in cooperation with AVTOVAZ, the Lada 1106 S coupe has been offered since 2001. This 4-seat vehicle with a 2.0-liter 150 hp Opel power plant develops 205 km/h (0-100 km/h in 9.5 sec). In 2000, Lada Tool took over the production of the 5-seat Lada 2329 Niva with 1.7-liter 79 hp or 1.8-liter 82 hp engines from AVTOVAZ. Since 2001, a 2-seat Lada 2328 Niva pick-up has been offered. Produced since 1997, the Lada 2131 SP Niva is an ambulance. The firm also deals with optical tuning. The Motorica company is the dealer of Lada Tool vehicles.
