HONDA CR-V

Production volume in Taiwan in 2003 - 12,535 vehicles.

Honda vehicles were initially produced in the years 1979-2002 by San Yang company. In Fe­bruary 2002, the 100% Honda branch named Honda Taiwan was established, which bought amanufacturing plant from Taching and began the production of a new CR-V in January 2003, equ­ipped with a 2.0-liter engine and 4x2 or 4x4 drive. In November 2003 the company’s range was expan-ded by the Accord sedan, available with 2.0-liter 150 hp or 3.0-liter 240 hp power plants. In 2005 the Taiwanese City model will be produced.
